1. Introduction

Welcome to SmartCode Campus. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SmartCode Campus website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Definitions

"SmartCode Campus" (or "we", "our", or "us") refers to the company operating the Service.

"User" (or "you" or "your") refers to the individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.

"Content" refers to any information, text, graphics, photos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Service.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SmartCode Campus immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping"
  • Using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Service
  • Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email
  • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
  • Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service
  • Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the Service
  • Using the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes
  • Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
  • Violating any applicable law or regulation

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SmartCode Campus and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SmartCode Campus, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
